Chief Financial Officer with over 14 years of experience in the construction and real estate industries, including more than 12 years in senior leadership roles. Based in Dubai, he has built a distinguished career overseeing multi-jurisdictional financial operations across the Middle East, Japan, and Europe, earning a reputation for combining rigorous financial analysis with pragmatic, hands-on leadership.
Most recently, Max served as Middle East CFO for Maetel Instalaciones y Servicios Industriales SAU, a subsidiary of the global infrastructure giant VINCI Group. In this role he was responsible for the consolidated financial management of operating entities across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Japan. His mandate encompassed financial planning and analysis, cashflow forecasting, treasury operations, international taxation, compliance, and projects valuation.
Beyond his corporate career, Max holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, and he is an active contributor to the UAE's Mexican business community. He currently serves as a Board Member of the Mexican Business Council in UAE and as President of the UAE Chapter of the Universidad Iberoamericana Alumni Association—roles that reflect his commitment to fostering cross-cultural professional networks in the region.
